What is mypic?
Mypic is an online photo retouching service run by real, qualifed retouchers. Mypic specialises in retouching profile pics for social networking and dating websites but we will retouch any of your favourite photos that you wish to have improved!
How do you create your pricing?
Mypic has created a pricing system based on professional merit.
We have created a price that is affordable for the high end quality of retouching that goes into each photo we receive.
How can I send the pictures to you?
Mypic has an easy to follow Upload process that can be found in the ‘Upload’ tab.
You will find a full list of instructions when you click the red ‘Click Here For Instructions +’ drop down which is located just below the price list.
What is the limitation of the image size?
The maximum file size that Mypic accepts is 2 megabytes.
Accepted file types include - jpg, tif, gif, bmp,tiff, png.
How long does it take to complete my order?
We will have your photo/s retouched within 24 hours. When your photo’s have been completed you will receive an email with details on how to retrieve them.
How can I pay?
After you have followed the upload process and you have finalised your choice of pics to upload, you will be asked to enter your email address and read and agree to the terms and conditions. You will then click pay and be taken to PayPal to finalise payment.
Do you retouch animals, other objects?
Yes, We can and will retouch almost any photos. As a team of retouchers from high profile magazine companies, you can be assured we have the experience and knowledge to bring out the best in your photos.
Can other people access and view my photos?
No, Your photos will not be shared with anyone.
How will I receive the retouched photos?
After 24 hours from the time payment is verified successful, your retouched photo links will be sent to you via email. The email will contain unique URLs which you can click on or ‘copy + paste’ to your preferred internet browser. When your photos have loaded, you can then right click and ‘save as...” wherever you want on your computer.
I don’t want to look overly retouched, how much control do I have over the retouching?
You can choose our “Natural Package”. This package will make look you look good whilst maintaining your natural appearance. You can always add further requests at no extra cost at all, unlike other retouching services, they charge a premium for customization.
I’m not happy with the results, will I get a revision?
Yes, you will. We will revise the retouched photos at no additional cost up to 3 times.
I have not received the retouched photos after 24 hours, what should I do?
You should check your “spam” folder in your email account. Email service providers (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc) have anti-spam/phishing programs that direct emails that are not in your contact list to these folders. If you still have problems locating the email with links, please contact us at
